Me again (Kasey). I wanted to share this DELICIOUS image of a low calorie meal with you! Ok, these are turkey dogs and wheat buns. As you can see, I kept the dinner very simple in an effort to cut down on my calories. This is the first time I have made the turkey dogs - man I’ve been missing out! This meal, paired with a small bag of Original Baked Lays, had a TOTAL of 420 calories! That was 2 Turkey Hot Dogs, 2 Wheat Buns, both with the special Olive Oil Mayo (1/2 tablespoon total), Low Sugar Ketchup (1 1/3 tablespoon total), a touch of Mustard and touch of Onions! Again, the potato chips (not pictured) were a small bag of the Original flavored Baked Lays. Those had 160 calories. I still had over 400 calories to last me for a snack last night! The next time you are craving an awesome hot dog, save yourself some calories and fix these! The next time I fix these, I will probably prepare my own chili and slaw! I will keep you posted! xoxo
